Here are a selection of contact forms for Mobirise Sites that do not use Formoid! They use the PHP FormMail or SMTP Mail functions on your own server, which makes them more secure and not dependent on a third party server or processing.

Some require the Mobirise Code Editor to paste code supplied into your page, and the Mobirise Code Editor installed is recommended for all forms here.
